Tabletop Tile Component Organizers are a brand new, modular system from Wyrmwood to help organize and enhance your game night. Designed with both board games and RPGs in mind, there's options for every gamer and game group, and the modular nature of the system makes it easy to choose the best configuration for your needs.
Magnets installed on each side of a Tabletop Tile organizer allow it to connect to others and be removed or re-positioned at any time. Posts allow Tabletop Tile organizers to be stacked and nested for easy storage. The cups are also color-coded to mark the "north" side of each tile for proper magnet orientation on the table. Integrated coasters on the underside of most Tiles means that even when you're not gaming, your Tabletop Tile component organizers will continue to earn their place on your table.
Each Tabletop Tile game organizer is available in our beautiful array of domestic and exotic hardwoods. You can choose a different wood for each Tile component organizer you order, or opt for a matched set. Can't decide? Love variety? Choose "Roll The Dice" on any product to receive the item in a randomly chosen wood (Cherry price and up)! If ordering multiple Roll The Dice items, they're guaranteed to be different woods!
Say goodbye to your messy game table. Order your Tabletop Tile component organizers today!

– Fri, May 15, 2020 at 06:27:03 PM
Hello everyone!
We're half-way through the month, so it's time to check in with an update regarding fulfillment. Read on to find out the latest.
Fulfillment Status Update
As we reported in our last update, we've been able to resume some production and shipping. At this time, a quick rundown of the remaining orders is in order:
Wave 5 (March) is fulfilled
Wave 6 (April) is in progress and due to be completed by the end of this month
Pre-orders will begin fulfillment immediately following the completion of Kickstarter waves, and should be complete by late June or early July
At that time, the project will be completely fulfilled!
April backers waiting on orders will be receiving a $25 Gyft Certificate to WyrmwoodGaming.com, as promised in our Kickstarter policy, described in prior updates. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time!
Dice by Wyrmwood
Our campaign to launch a full line of dice in resin, gemstone, glass and wood went exceedingly well; it was easily our biggest campaign to date, with more than 11,000 backers pledging over $1.5 million in funding! If you backed it, we'd like to thank you for your ongoing support. But, if you missed it, it's not too late - pre-orders are open now! You can still order any of the items in the campaign, at the same price, so be sure to check out the selection if you weren't able to back the campaign.
Today marks a new episode of our continuing vlog series just a little bit later, at 4pm Eastern. We're including Wednesday's episode in this update, which features a look at, as well as reviews of, some of our competitors' work, as well as a more in-depth look at some wooden dice that were a late addition to the Dice by Wyrmwood Kickstarter campaign. New episodes are uploaded every Wednesday and Friday, so be sure to subscribe if you don't want to miss out!
As we near the finish line, we again want to express our appreciation for your support in bringing Tabletop Tiles to life. We hope, as the last shipments begin to go out and reach their homes, that your Tabletop Tiles will enhance your game nights for many years to come. We'll be back on the 1st with an update on fulfillment. Until then, all the best!

End of April Fulfillment Update
– Fri, May 01, 2020 at 03:03:39 PM
Hello everyone!
It's that time again! The end is in sight, with fulfillment due to wrap up soon. Read on to find out the latest.
Fulfillment Status Update
As per our last update, April fulfillment was unfortunately stricken with a one-month delay. However, there is good news - quite a bit, actually!
As the pandemic begins to recede, we've been able to slowly and cautiously thaw things out in the shop, as well. With our pared-back workforce, we've been instituting new stations and safety measures, including staggered shifts, PPE policies, guidelines concerning sanitization and more, for all employees.
As of this writing, we have been able to restart production on the Tabletop Tiles project. We are going to work hard to get April shipped out, and we're aggressively pursuing targets to be back on track and fulfill the final May wave by the end of this month, as well. We'll let you know how it's going in the mid-month update, but April backers, you should start seeing your orders ship out in the coming days and weeks.
Of course, any backers impacted by these delays will be receiving a $25 Gyft Certificate to WyrmwoodGaming.com, as promised in our Kickstarter policy, described in prior updates. Thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
Once we complete the final Kickstarter pledges in May, we'll move right into pre-orders, which are now closed. It looks like the volume of pre-orders will be more than a month of fulfillment, so those should be completed sometime in July. More on that in the next update, as well.
Dice by Wyrmwood
Click here to check out the campaign!
About two weeks ago, we launched our latest project, and it's gone amazingly well! We're recently surpassed $1,000,000 in funding, meaning our 8,500+ backers will be receiving up to six free dice with their pledge! Resin, gemstone, glass and wood dice are available, in a variety of configurations. Finally, the option to get your dice with our innovative "high variance" numbering is available, as well. If you want to add a bit of spice and drama to your gaming sessions, high variance dice might be just what you're looking for.
Check it out here - we're at about the mid-point, so there's still time left to be a part of our biggest campaign yet!
Wyrm Lyfe
Wednesday marked a new episode of our continuing vlog series. This one features a quick look at the new office areas in Wyrmwood, an invitation to fellow craftspeople to send in their work, an update on our intubation shield project, and... whips. So, something for everyone? New episodes are uploaded every Wednesday and Sunday, so be sure to subscribe if you don't want to miss out!
We greatly appreciate your support and patience, and we look forward to wrapping up the Tabletop Tiles Kickstarter fulfillment in the coming weeks. We'll check in with an update on how the fulfillment reboot is proceeding on the 15th. Until then, be well!

Mid-April Fulfillment Update, plus: DICE by Wyrmwood Kickstarter is Live Now!
– Tue, Apr 14, 2020 at 01:58:23 PM
Hello, everyone. It's that time again! We have a new project launching today, live now, Dice by Wyrmwood - scroll down for the information on that.
Read on for our regularly scheduled fulfillment update, coming to you a day early this month!
Shipping Status of April
At this point, given that our state and much of the US remains locked down, we are estimating a one-month delay on April fulfillment.
However, there is light at the end of the tunnel. The pandemic is decelerating and it looks like we may be clear to re-open relatively soon, in early May. Once that occurs, we expect to be able to step on the gas and catch up throughout the month!
Of course, any backers impacted by these delays will be receiving a $25 Gyft Certificate to WyrmwoodGaming.com, as promised in our Kickstarter policy, described in prior updates.
There remain a handful of March pledges that were not able to be shipped - we are shipping what we can, but with production still halted, these may be delayed further. Worst case, they will be at the front of the line to ship once full production is able to resume in May.
While we wait out the last of the lockdown and do our part to help flatten the curve, we're doing what we can to get everything in place to recover fully and get back to our timeline to close out fulfillment! Thank you for bearing with us during this unprecedented and difficult time. Your support has been and remains crucial to us, and very much appreciated.
New Kickstarter Alert: Dice by Wyrmwood
Pledge for your choice of single d20, full set of 7 polyhedrals, or extra 3d6, with standard numbering, or our innovative HIGH VARIANCE numbering! What's that? Click above to find out!
While we're currently working through the setbacks in production due to the pandemic, our development work has been able to continue, and we've been moving things into place for our latest project. The time has finally come to launch, and we're live right now!
We set the fulfillment dates well ahead of where we normally would to allow for any lingering impact the pandemic may have, but we fully expect all of that to have long since resolved by the time we're ready to fulfill this project. Fulfillment on the Tabletop Tiles campaign, of course, will have long concluded by then, as well.
Until Next Time
That about wraps it up - we hope you're all staying safe out there, and as always, we thank you for your support and understanding. Hopefully soon, we can all get back to our lives - and game tables!

End of March Fulfillment Update
– Wed, Apr 01, 2020 at 06:29:34 PM
Hello, everyone. It's that time again - let's check in.
As we discussed in our last update, Wyrmwood, like virtually every other organization of people, has been impacted by COVID-19. If you missed that update, you can find it posted to our website. We'd encourage you to read it, if you haven't yet, so you're fully caught up.
Shipping Status of March
The vast majority of March pledges have been shipped, with a small number of orders still remaining that are being filled and shipped out in the coming days. We nearly made it to 100% fulfillment on time, but with our drastic staff reduction we did fall behind a bit. Nonetheless, in accordance with our policy, we'll be including $25 Gyft Certificates inside the remaining shipments that go out from today forward.
April Fulfillment
At this point, we don't want to be ambiguous: the vast majority of the April fulfillment tier is almost certainly going to be late. We do have some production left on the shelves from prior to shutting down, but it isn't nearly enough to fill the month's pledges, and we are not producing Tabletop Tiles right now.
Unfortunately, Tabletop Tiles are complex items, and aren't well suited to the measures we've taken - namely, the in-home production we're beginning to establish. Not only that, the mix of woods make production a lot more complicated, as well, and it just isn't feasible to make it work off-site in any kind of numbers- certainly not the numbers we need. So for now, if you're in the April fulfillment tier - assume your pledge is going to arrive late.
Once we're back up and running, obviously we'll throw things into overdrive as much as possible - but we still don't know when that will be, and our most optimistic guess is sometime in May.
We realize you're probably disappointed to hear this - we sure are disappointed to be saying it - but when things return to normal, and we can all have game nights again, we'll get your Tiles out - hopefully it makes getting back at the table that much sweeter for all of you. We've certainly missed it ourselves.
Again, as with the March backers, this means April backers are going to qualify for the $25 Gyft Certificate offer, as well. If it becomes clear that the tier as a whole will be late, we'll likely send these out digitally en masse, rather than including them with the packages. In the next update, a couple of weeks from now, we should be able to give a definitive answer on that. Hopefully by then we'll know more about what the future looks like, as well.
Thank you all for bearing with us during this extremely challenging time. Stay safe and healthy out there!
Wyrm Lyfe & Twitch
Most of us are stuck at home with little we can do. We felt it was as good a time as any to expand Wyrm Lyfe to twice a week, both to cover the unprecedented situation we - and all of us - are in, as well as, frankly, to fill the time since there's a huge demand for content right now.
We stream Monday-Thursday beginning at 7:00 PM Eastern time, and Fridays starting at noon. A Tuesday afternoon spot every week is coming soon, too.
And hey, speaking of Wyrm Lyfe, it's Wednesday today - and, that means a new episode!
Watch it right here:
Something Completely Different
If you watched the new episode just now, you no doubt noticed the segment concerning intubation boxes. To summarize:
Wyrmwood is working to create boxes for doctors, nurses, EMTs, firefighters and other healthcare professionals to safely intubate patients without risking pathogen exposure any more than necessary. These boxes, designed by a Chinese doctor, are available on request to any of the above individuals. The production and shipping of these boxes will be financed through the funds raised from sales of our Shield of Protection.
Important Notes Before Requesting A Box
We're beginning to make these immediately, but supplies will be extremely limited, at least at first.
This offer is intended for individual healthcare workers - NOT bulk orders from hospitals or other agencies. We can arrange those orders, but that is outside the scope of this offer. The first step is to get some of these out in the world and in the hands of first responders on the front lines. We can get feedback, refine if needed, and they can make sure this is something they want before we start trying to crank out large numbers.
We will be able to produce these in our shop. We will continue to observe the safest practices we can, but this is obviously an essential manufacturing project, and we'll do what we can to make as many as we can.
We'll make the plan for the box available, also free of charge, so anyone with access to the raw materials and a laser cutter - including other companies - could offer these.
Anyone requesting one needs to send us their name, profession, andmailing address via email. Please attach an image of a work ID verifying you are a trained healthcare professional - we need these to go where they're needed, in the hands of people that can make use of them properly.
With all that out of the way, to request a box, email us at [email protected].
And, the reason we're including this here: please pass these details on to anyone you know in the healthcare field that may be interested.
Stay safe, everyone, thanks again for your support and understanding, and we'll be in touch soon.

Wyrmwood & COVID-19: A Statement for our Backers and Community
over 4 years ago
– Sun, Mar 22, 2020 at 08:07:33 PM
To our valued clients, backers, customers, fans, and community:
As you’re all aware, the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic is spreading, and has had an effect on everyday life for nearly everyone. We at Wyrmwood are no exception, and have been working hard to chart a course through these uncertain times, both as a company, and as a family of passionate gamers that work and interact closely together.
As a company, we have a responsibility to our employees and our community to take all the precautions we can to avoid spreading the disease ourselves. But at this time, many of us are turning to the gaming community for normalcy and comfort - even if we’re changing how we come together, we’re still coming together. Wyrmwood feels a responsibility to continue our role in this community as much as possible.
Key Objective
Wyrmwood will continue to operate as much as possible, for as long as possible, while prioritizing the safety of our team and community.
Immediate Actions
Wyrmwood will be operating with essential personnel only. This will consist of approximately 15 people, working at the main facility which usually houses our full team of 65. In addition, we will implement expanded safety measures which include social distancing within the workplace, a ban on shared work spaces and tools, and the shutdown of common areas like the breakroom.
Operations like shipping, new product development, work on furniture and some accessory production will take place at the shop.
We’re also implementing decentralized production techniques, which will include production for some accessories taking place away from the main facility, in employees’ homes. Batches of products will be delivered on a weekly basis, employees will advance them or complete them entirely, then they’ll be picked up and brought back to the shop for packaging and shipping - without physical interaction between the parties.
As stated above, development and planning continues for new projects, such as our upcoming Kickstarter campaign, and this work will move forward - albeit with possibly modified production deadlines given the current situation.
No matter what occurs, you can expect to hear a lot more about it through WYRM LYFE and our Twitch channel, both of which will continue full operation. Our community has never been more important than it is right now, and we hope you’ll continue to join us as we all navigate this situation together.
What Does This Mean for Me?
No doubt you’re wondering how all of this will impact you. Well, that depends on whether you’re a website customer, furniture client or Kickstarter backer.
Website Customers
Customers placing orders of in-stock items at WyrmwoodGaming.com will feel the least impact from these changes. Our website inventory reflects completed, ready-to-ship merchandise, and shipping will continue for these items. We will continue to produce items and keep the inventory up-to-date, and ship out orders daily.
Shipping and customer service will both continue, although some slight delays in both are possible, given our scaled back workforce, so please bear with us if it takes a little longer to get a response or a shipping notification than you’re used to - it will come. We promise.
Kickstarter Backers
Our current fulfillment is on track, and we are not expecting an issue shipping out the remainder of the March orders on time for both the Tabletop Tiles and Hero Vault 2.0 campaigns. We will continue to ship out completed items in April, as well.
That said, we do anticipate some delays with April fulfillment. These are not guaranteed, but we would say they are likely given the circumstances, so please be prepared for that if you’re in the April fulfillment wave for either currently fulfilling campaign.
The Corrupted Collection, which begins fulfillment this summer, should not be affected and we do not anticipate any delays in fulfillment for backers at this time.
We would like to again highlight our Kickstarter fulfillment policy, as outlined in campaign updates to all current campaigns:
Any backer with a Kickstarter order that is shipped out later than the target fulfillment month will receive a $25 digital Gyft Certificate good for use on any available item at WyrmwoodGaming.com.
Furniture Clients
Shipping of furniture is being suspended, effective immediately. The white glove delivery services we employ are becoming extremely limited, if available at all, and continuing to ship out furniture that causes delivery personnel to enter into homes and risk contracting and/or spreading the disease seems irresponsible at best. In addition, this option is no longer even available in many areas, either by carrier decision or government mandate. While we could explore alternatives, such as curbside delivery, that, too, may be unavailable. It’s also not practical in many cases, and we’d much rather see the job done right a bit later than risk a bad experience for our valued clients.
As we complete tables, we’ll be storing them at our facility until such time as shipping can resume. This will avoid them being warehoused in some other facility, or sitting in a truck that’s been shut down for reasons out of our control. However, shipping will resume as soon as possible, and we will notify everyone when this occurs.
Production is continuing on any table currently in progress - meaning for which construction has begun. We intend to keep working on all of these tables until they are 100% done, at which time we will issue final invoices for those pieces. We will not issue shipping invoices, of course, since we always obtain a quote just prior to shipping for accuracy.
We will not prompt any other tables for additional payment at this time. That is, we won’t issue any “time to decide” messages or move anyone to “on hold” for not paying according to the normal schedule. However, any client that wishes to place their finalization order is free to do so, and we are continuing to accept new deposits and maintain the queue so we can pick up where we left off as soon as full-scale production can resume.
Moving Forward
Part of what makes this situation so difficult is that it strikes at something important to all of us - our sense of community, our ability to get together around the table and share our lives, or celebrate together at a convention. We can’t do much of that right now, and it hurts.
A quote has been making the rounds a lot lately, and it’s one most of you probably know well:
“I wish it need not have happened in my time,” said Frodo. “So do I,” said Gandalf, “and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
We may not be able to gather in the same place right now, but we’re all going through the same things, and we are - all of us - in this together. So we hope you’ll continue to join us on Twitch, and continue to interact with us and with each other through our YouTube and social media channels. We’re all going to get through this, and we’ll come back, stronger than before. And we’ll do it together.
Here at Wyrmwood, we’re going to keep moving forward, keep shipping orders, keep developing new ideas and products to make your game nights better - just like our upcoming custom dice Kickstarter, which we’ll be launching soon. Because there are a lot of game nights for all of us ahead, and soon enough, you’ll all be back at the table. And as always, Wyrmwood will be honored to be there with you.
Sincerely,
Douglas Costello, Ian Costello, Ed Maranville, Jason MacDonald, Bobby Downey, John Paquette, J Kenyon, Nick Trepanier, Christopher Gates & the entire Wyrmwood family
